Job Summary

ME&A is recruiting for a Learning Specialist for an upcoming USAID-funded Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting Platform, and Monitor Activity in West Africa.

The purpose of the contract will be to serve as a central platform for ensuring that development programs funded by USAID in the region achieve their intended results through strong performance management of services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

The job location will be in either Accra, Ghana, or another West African country, depending on the final requirements in the solicitation.
