As a Managing Director in Insurance and/or Banking you will support Sia Partners' growth by using your business development, sales, account management and content expert skills. You will be working together with a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners all over the world as well as consultants in Belgium

You will be responsible with the Partner for developing our business in terms of sales and people management:
• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients but also new clients.
• Lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.
• Attain both sales and delivery targets
• Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients
• Provide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices.
