BELFOR (Thailand) Ltd., is currently seeking applicants for the position of Recovery Specialist / Project Manager, based in our Thailand Office, to support restoration projects in Thailand and the Southeast Asia region.Role Overview: • Inspect property (machinery and buildings) following fires or flooding. • Meet with CEO’s/MD’s or senior managers to explain BELFOR’s role and services. • Prepare incident summary reports for submission to Insurers. • Prepare costing / recovery quotations and secure recovery projects for property considered not total loss. • Manage recovery projects based on quotations and scopes of work agreed with customers. • Ensure the effective performance of technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects are successfully completed in a safe manner, and on schedule.
