1. Network: monitoring network performance, maintain, configure and replace network equipments

2. VOIP: issue, setup, manage the VOIP phone system.

3. Support:
• Support Head Office which is in different location.
• Delivery support at maintenance/ remodeling/ upgrade

4. Hardware:
• Solve outage and replace detective hardware
• Contact User service/ IT helpdesk on defective hardware
• Check and maintain label printers, barcode printers, peripherals
• Check and maintain office equipment: printers, photocopier, fax…..
• General check on desktop and infrastructure
• Maintain data center (servers, UPS, PaBX, network devices)

5. Data backup
• Change backup tapes according to data backup procedure
• Transfer tapes to Head Office for off-site storage

6. Suppliers
• Order consumable suppliers (paper, ribbons, printer cartridges, batteries…)
• Manage stock of consumable suppliers.

7. System and application:
• Support daily business process, trouble should and advise solution
