ERP Production Manager (Binh Duong/HCMC)

The position will work in close collaboration with Pandora Production Thailand (PPT) on ERP/MES Production setup in Pandora Production Vietnam (PPV).

KEY DUTIES:
• ERP/MES Implementation: Analyze, Coordinate and Implement ERP/MES System for Production Vietnam.
• Internal System Implementation: Be the project lead in internal systems implementation, integration between Group, PPT and PPV. Ensure all users are trained and well executed the system.
• Coordinating with internal IT and production machines/equipment suppliers to understand the designed production concept for PPV.
• Continuous improvement: Frequently visit existing standards and drive for better approaches, ensure all practices are updated and monitored closely for cost efficiency and business effectiveness.
• Support implementation and execution of production strategic/ productivity roadmap, and relevant company strategies/ initiatives.
