Duties & Responsibilities

Experienced Chef required for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Duties include preparing menus,

food costing, ensuring all dishes are cooked and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way, ensuring staff are performing their duties, monitoring equipment, ordering supplies, stock control, training new kitchen staff, working on the Pilot operating system, conferencing, baking & customer service.

The successful candidate must be a good communicator, very well organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills and possess the ability to manage a team & work under pressure.
