In your new role you will:
• Be the global IT Operational Expert in managing manufacturing IT software, in the areas of Manufacturing Decision Intelligence systems.
• Responsible in operation enhancement through automation and digitalization to achieve optimal software effectiveness, stability and maintainability in collaboration with team members.
• Define and introduce pro-active automated monitoring and analysis measures for software health check.
• Responsible for analysis of malfunction and errors in the software and remedy of problems using processes.
• Planning and scheduling of releases and rollouts of the software in close alignment and collaboration with all stakeholders (software owner, key users, etc).
• Participate in local or regional or global corporate programs or initiatives.
• Undertake rotational on-call duty where necessary

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent course.
