Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading the sales team
• Experience in selling products to the manufacturing industry in West/Central/East Java
• Able to communicate in English

Job Description:
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Direct and supervise the performance of 4-5 sales staff.
• Develop sales plans, promotions, events, and oversee their execution.
• Handle issues related to the sales process and customer complaints.
