The Global HR Technology function is part of the HR organization, responsible for delivering solutions that improve or enhance the way Human Resources is delivered at Smith & Nephew and manages HR technology programs, vendors, and operations.

The HR Digital Employee Experience Specialist role is a key part of the HRIS Team and is responsible for the ongoing management and development of the digital employee experience of HR, with particular focus on our Employee Experience platform, and, how our other HR platforms such as Workday, provide a positive user experience.

Working closely with colleagues in the HRIS team, HR, Data Privacy, Audit and Compliance, the role will be instrumental in bringing our bold vision of having everything HR in one place, to life.
