Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our team. You will manage outbound calls to existing and potential customers with the intent of promoting and selling products/services, gathering customer information, or providing follow-up support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Execute sales scripts to drive sales and response rates.
• Answer questions about products/services and discuss pricing.
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls for service feedback or product/service updates.
