Responsibilities
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand lighting requirements and scope of work.
• Analyze lighting plans and layouts to identify materials, fixtures, and equipment needed for each project.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs, using estimating software or spreadsheets.
• Present estimates to clients and stakeholders, explaining cost breakdowns and justifications for pricing.
• Revise estimates as needed based on feedback, changes in project scope, or new information.
