Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Big 5 experience
• FGASA Level 2 and higher (Essential)
• Back up or Full Trails (Minimum requirement)
• First Aid level 1
• Driver’s License and PDP

Description
• Manage junior guides.
• Make sure the guiding experience is of top standard.
• Make sure the guiding department adheres to the conservation ideals of the property.
• Conservation is key and the guiding department needs to always portray that.
• Make sure all guiding equipment is well looked after and clean.
• Make sure guides stay motivated and educated.
• Make sure all activities are safe for guests
• Make sure guides stick to all protocols
