Our client in Bedfordshire is looking for an Executive Assistant/PA to support a Marketing Director , previous EA/PA experience of supporting a Marketing Director would be advantage, professional articulate and highly organised and professional. Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate must have their own transport, and live in or around Bedfordshire.
Hybrid working is offered , along with excellent benefits, an attractive salary of course depending on experience.

Duties:

Organisation of diaries.
Arranging meetings, attending meetings to take notes and distribute accordingly.
Prepare presentations, using PowerPoint.
Supporting other Directors when required.
Collating reports to meet deadlines.
Be the first point of contact, filtering calls etc.
Being ahead of the game.
To qualify for this job, you will need to have the following experience:
Minimum of 5 years Executive/PA experience at Director level.
Advanced PC skills.
