Requirements:• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.• Residency training in plastic surgery.• Additional fellowship or specialized training in the treatment of burn patients.• Board certification in burns and plastic surgery from a recognized medical board.• A valid medical license to practice in the UAE, preferably obtained through the MOH.• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills may be preferred.Extensive experience in managing burn injuries and performing reconstructive surgeries for burn patients.• Proficiency in various techniques of burn wound management, including skin grafting, flap reconstruction, and scar revision.• Ability to assess and address both functional and aesthetic concerns in burn survivors.• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for burn patients, including burn care specialists, nurses, and therapists.• Adherence to evidence-based practices and guidelines for burn injury management and plastic...
