Responsibilty:
• Creatingpurchasing orders and procuring company goods and services based onan approved budget.
• Performing research andcommunicating with vendors and suppliers to find the best goods andservices for the company.
• Creating a databaseof invoices, purchase orders, quote requests, vendor or suppliercontracts, and updating it asneeded.
• Establishing and developing goodworking relationships with vendors andsuppliers.
• Reviewing all purchase-relateddocuments for errors before it is sent to the accountingdepartment.
• Tracking and maintaining the statusof orders, and reporting any delivery issues to affectedsupervisors.
• Responding to emergency requestsand expediting orders as needed.
• Creatingmonthly and annual purchase reports for managementreview.
• Ensuring all purchased goods andservices are up to company standards and in compliance withrelevant federal or state laws. More Detail
