Task

Volunteers participate in a range of tasks such as the creation/maintenance of planted areas, litter-picking, painting, removing graffiti, environmental, biodiversity, and sustainability education, etc. They can work with groups on scheduled sessions, and may also undertake individual tasks in their own time or the local area, for example taking care of a flowerbed near where they live. Currently, there are workgroups on Monday mornings, Wednesday mornings, and Saturday mornings, each group working (when weather permits) for about an hour.

Volunteers do not have to commit to weekly sessions, nor indeed to a full session, just whatever they can do. Equipment is provided, although it is advisable to have your own pair of work gloves.
