Your tasks and responsibilities
• Customer quality manager within the production centre, customer representation;
• Responsibility and authority to ensure that customer needs are taken into account;
• Customer quality assurance managing interfaces with customers including checking incoming parts, noncompliance analyses, fault analyses, customer meetings, development and implementation of corrective or preventive actions;
• Preparation of audits ensure adequate planning and performance of customer audits according to customer-specific requirements and legal standards;
• Launch support Provide support for new launches by participating in the definition "boundary sample" and monitoring the start-ups of each project in person;
• Lead 8D's action plans for all customer impacts ensuring effective/time-efficient response according to ZF customer requirements and procedures;
• Quality interface Systems for analyzing specific customer requirements;
