The Reject Bread Sales Staff plays a critical role in the selling of reject bread by managing the daily inventory sales of reject bread, as well as preparing bread for donations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all reject breads is sold in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality customer service. Duties and responsibilities:
• Accurately track and monitor daily inventory of reject bread, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Daily cash and inventory audit must be in zero variance.
• Effectively communicate with customers, selling and promoting reject bread and providing excellent customer service.
• Properly prepare bread for donations, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reject bread area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting with other tasks as needed.
