a Recruitment

1 Responsible to collect applications for as per manpower request.

2 Scheduling of applicants for interview and examinations.

3 Collects and files all requirements of newly-hired employees both for company's and government

mandated documentations and requirements.

4 Completion, filing and maintenance of all records in 201 of employees.

5 Issuance of uniforms, ID's and lockers to employees.

6 Liaise with the government and process other non-sensitive transactions as per instructions.

b Organization and Training Development

1 Monitor and encode the training records of employees based on the training attendance and plan.

2 Distribute documents to concerned department

3 Assist in the administration of compny events for employees welfare and development

4 Assists in the awareness and orientation to new employees regarding company rules and policies.

5 Attends to employee's concerns regarding verification and others.
