Looking for the right person to become a valued member of an exciting project bringing Speciality Coffee to Cardigan.

You will be working independently and alongside the owner, a speciality coffee professional with a 23 year career in hospitality, 14 of those years spent working as a Speciality Barista, Barista Trainer and Coffee Roaster.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow a career in the speciality coffee industry.

Service and Quality will be the heart of the business so a passion for coffee is a must, coffee experience preferred but not essential as all training will be provided.

This is a supervisor role, you will be responsible for:

Opening - Closing.

Cashing up.

Serving.

Preparing coffee.

Preparing food.

Must haves

Exceptional customer service.

A passion for coffee.

A willingness to learn and develop their coffee skills and knowledge.
