We are looking to expand our property management team with the addition of a highly organized and efficient communicator who will assist in handling day-to-day tasks, projects, and correspondences internally as well as with our stakeholders.

In addition to having a high level of communication and organizational skills, we are looking for someone curious, an active listener, and can take “1 or 2 steps back” to be able to understand various perspectives to the sometimes-challenging situations and decisions we have to make as a collective and individually.

The position is unique in a way that provides the individual in developing an understanding of the wide scope and scale of services and staff internally and the ability to be sensitive to a wide variety of cultures that make up the Property Owners (Stakeholders) at MnK.
