We are seeking an experienced Technical professional with a background in the food industry. Our client is a long-standing and successful food manufacturer in Norfolk.

You will play a pivotal role within the business, reporting into the Technical Man******r and will have direct reports (QA Supervisor and QA's).

General Duties (not an exhaustive list)

Actively involved in maintaining, meeting, and developing technical KPI’s.

Be involved in specification compliance.

Active involvement, assist, and lead when deemed appropriate with customer visits and audits in ******al, and with appropriate training external auditing.

Active involvement in continuous processing improvements. Understanding the processing requirements of the site CCP’s, process controls, yields etc.

Assist with factory trials and supervise projects.
