At our office in Ikast, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in identifying and attracting the right talent to support our growth and innovation efforts. You will work closely with senior management team, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to source, engage, and hire exceptional individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.

Your key responsibilities are:
• Be a strategic partner with our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure they not only meet our requirements but also embody our values.
