Description:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEDICAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (HALF-DAY) for a well-established medical practice based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

English speaking person.

Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Excel skills.

Previous basic bookkeeping / accounting experience.

Billing and invoicing.

Managing customer accounts and maintaining receivables.

Work closely with the company that maintains the billing system.

Create and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage customer accounts and ensure that they are up to date.

Handle customer queries and respond to them in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with reception duties.

Run errands for the practice, e.g., monthly purchase of practice consumables and stationery.

Courier deliveries.

Secretarial / personal assistant duties.
