A prominent FMCG company is actively seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Traditional Trade to join their esteemed team in the vibrant KwaZulu-Natal region. The ideal candidate should possess a strong drive coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Duties & Responsibilities

Education:
• Degree in Business Administration or similar

Skills/Experience required:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience within a sales role
• Traditional Trade experience
• Strong Business Awareness
• Good negotiation and communication skills, teamwork, flexibility
• Customer oriented, good problem-solving abilities, accuracy
• Ability to take decisions
• Ethical conduct & Compliance consciousness
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to build relationships at store level and win 3rd party merchandising
• Ability to solve customer complaints
• A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our brand has multiple parts of interpretation in store and out of stocks are kept to a minimum
