Position Summary

The Dispatcher oversees schedules, routes and communications that pertain to daily deliveries.

Additional Responsibilities

'- Quality and quantity control according to delivery note
• Quality check for cylinder dispatch
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
• Creating the delivery papers
• Provision of cylinders for production
• Preparing Complaint Processing
• Cleaning cylinders
• Approve SAP to next station
• Running The machine
• Cleaning the machine
• Input KPI data
• Direct communication to Customer Service

Job Responsibilities
• Schedules, routes and delivers communications pertaining to daily deliveries.
• Assigns correct delivery tickets to customer base as well as confirming all customer signed delivery tickets.
• Responsible for all preventive vehicle maintenance that needs to be performed to maintain vehicle fleet.
• Reviews work orders from departments or complaints from customers and records type and scope of service to be performed.
