Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager - Operations to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Operations Manager, supervising team leads, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services in our healthcare account for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the deputy to the Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned project.
Supervise team leads and facilitate their performance management in a BPO setting.
Drive team performance by providing mentorship, coaching, and periodic client interaction.
Cascade process changes and updates to the assigned team, ensuring compliance and efficient execution.
Support a learning environment, guiding new agents, and offering hands-on resolution of complex issues within a fast-paced setting.
Enforce the Code of Conduct, institute Performance Improvement Plans when needed, and handle special tasks as assigned.
