ASSISTANT MANAGER MAINTENANCE (HOD)

Requisites
●NDT or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 02 years' experience in similar capacity in a 3 star hotel.
• Ability and capacity to understand a wide range of engineering functions and procedures.
• Ability to handle preventive maintenance plans as well as being able to attend to all maintenance related work in every department.
• Should be able to monitor energy consumption of the hotel and advise to mitigate wastage and optimize usage.
• Should be able to check and advise the management to improve health & safety standards of the hotel.
• Computer knowledge is essential to produce monthly, weekly reports and statistical analysis Good Leadership & Staff training.
• Ability to maintain departmental expenses within the budget.
