- Set up, supervise and control the preventive and routine maintenance to ensure that machineries are in good condition
- Set up proper maintenance and control of documentation concerning mechanical and related issues
- Supervise & execute routine activities of maintenance team
- Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan & check sheet
- Perform & support team for troubleshooting
- Ensure that the machines work safely and all related aspects are in line with company standards as well as legal requirements and regulations
- Coach and train related technicians and operators in preventive and routine maintenance activities and machinery operations
- Create procedure/ work instruction for maintenance activities
- Participate in the routine operation meeting to provide information and historical data and propose necessary actions
- Provide data to set up yearly maintenance budget
- Responsible for maintenance for all machinery, equipment and buildings in line with required standards
