Overall Purpose Of The Job

The successful candidate will ensure that the building plans submitted by residents meet the estate’s required standards and regulations.
• Degree / Diploma in Town Planning
• 5 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives, examines, and comments on plans for new buildings, alterations, or extensions utilizing the DRC checklist process;
• Works closely with residents, architects, engineers, local authorities, planners, surveyors, and other building professionals to ensure that the building projects meet the required Estate standards;
• Oversees the building programme and ensures the building programme is completed within the stipulated timelines and provides residents with supportive guidance;
• Documents regular inspections of building work at various stages of completion. Assists with inspections and carries out an audit of buildings that deviate from the plan as per the checklist;
