About The Role

We are looking for an Administration Assistant (Logistics), who will be responsible for the high level of administrative and secretarial support directly to manager logistics and the logistics team regarding the day-to-day administration activities as required.

Reporting to the Manager Logistics, you will
• Be responsible for the diary and email management of the manager logistics, ability to always be one step ahead, being proactive, when it comes to the needs of the team.
• Coordinate and organize the business and team meetings, events, booking and outlook invites.
