Your tasks\:
• One of the representatives of Country Management Team responsible for four production plants in Serbia, overseeing plant management members
• Manages the Quality & Safety and Health Function (SHE) in country (Budget/Costs, Planning, Allocation, Monitoring and Achievement)
• Works with the full country organization to deploy the LEONI Quality and SHE strategy and standards
• Represents country in front of customer for Q-topics.
• Ensures compliance with Customer Specific Requirement
• Manages the Risks and Change Management for Q-related subjects (eg\: red alerts)
• Decides to stop production and/or dispatches to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes/products
• Monitors Q-results and coordinate activities across department and in order to achieve the defined objectives
• Decides Task Force at production Facility and/or Country level in case of major internal issue or customer escalation\: supports with tools, methods and know-how
