A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for the Norwegian market, you will be a part of the Customer Service team in the Nordics but based in Oslo. You will be fully responsible for securing customer centricity in customer interactions (inbound and outbound). As customers will represent all three pillars (PSR, VET and PRO), it will enable you to make a significant impact to our business by working closely with Sales, Logistics and S&F to correctly manage the customer accounts. Additionally, you will perform the operational tasks in the order to cash process in the most lean and efficient way.
