Will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient and effective mechanical operations support across various and growing RE portfolios. • Leads and manages annual and long-term strategic mechanical objectives
• Leads the development of engineering solutions and technical designs for mechanical assets
• Assess and approve the alignment of Mechanical Engineering plans and specifications with company standards
• Leads continuous improvement efforts and projects concerning mechanical assets - research and feasibility studies
• Manages financial, technical, and operational risk management plans and mitigations concerning mechanical assets
