Set Quality directions and goals, effectively lead and drive quality improvement for business with the focus on supporting CCS Strategic Product Framework. Lead Malaysia on quality development and initiatives. Initiate, develop, communicate, and implement strategies for these plants to ensure that the quality group add and create value by meeting quality objectives and ensuring customer focus and intimacy through the development of a Zero-Defect culture.

What You Will Do
• Formulate strategies of higher-level mindset change from “Reacting or administrating problems” to anticipate problems. Promote Zero-Defect Quality culture and risk management at all levels by leading Quality Culture development program in plants
