Wellness Extract is looking for an HR Generalist specializing in IT Recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managed recruitment process with expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent in technical roles and specialized in IT recruitment.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance appraisals, employee engagement, addressing employee concerns, grievances.
• Assess training needs within the organization and collaborate with Management.
• Labor laws and regulations HR policies and compliance, implementation and optimization of HRIS, Payroll Management, Documentation
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other employee perks.
