Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Midland, ON for a Ship Captain. The Ship Captain will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the ship, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, navigating and piloting the vessel, and maintaining safety protocols. The Ship Captain will also be responsible for managing the crew, communicating with management.

Qualifications
• Valid Captain's license or certification
• Extensive experience in ship handling, navigation, and piloting
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and handle emergencies effectively
