• Set policies, goals, and strategies for the factory's production. • Plan product production according to customer orders. Control product quality and deliver products to customers on time. • Able to analyze problems in the production process. Find ways to improve, fix, and develop the production process for better efficiency. • Able to control the production process to meet the company's standards. • Able to push the all section to achieve the KPI target. • Follow up and check production reports daily/weekly/yearly, summarize results, prepare data and present to management. • Evaluate the performance of subordinates to consider promotion increase compensation, salary and bonuses. • Maintain and follow up the Quality system of ISO 9001. • Other job assigned by top management. Working day * Follow up company calendar , normal working time is 8:00 - 17:50 Monday-Friday. More Detail
