We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Executive for our company Webvio Technologies Pvt Ltd at Rajarhat, Kolkata.

Those candidates who were belongs to Travel Background there is no bar for Salary

This is a US Inbound Ticketing Process, Candidate used to take 15 to 30 calls in a day only and book flight tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their quires .

Need Candidates with Good communication skills and minimum 2 years of experience in International BPO
Working days: 24 days working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave .
Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off
Incentive : UP to 4 lacs in a month ( Average incentive 10 k to 50k in a month ) apart from salary
Salary : Fixed Salary , No deduction on salary
Training : 30 days Fully paid training will be provided
