To join our program you must have:

- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in English, linguistics & relevant field.

- TEFL, TESOL certifications are preferred.

- At least three years of work experience in English teaching.

- Excellent communication skills, along with expertise in public speaking.

- Basic knowledge of U.S. society, culture, and history.

- Potential to teach through innovative, creative, and non-formal methods of teaching.

- Good command of Zoom, Canvas, English language teaching apps and basic IT skills.

- Ability to relate with students of diverse backgrounds, along with a strong drive to work with youth.

- Ability to organize and participate in enhancement and out-of-class activities.

- Willingness to participate in possible professional development training of Access program.

Job Type: Contractual

Job schedule: 3 days a week (2pm- 5pm)
