Position Overview

The Senior Communications Manager will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of all aspects of the school’s communications and parent care to ensure retention of families at school. The position will lead a collaborative effort to develop and implement both short and long-term retention strategies for the school.

The Senior Communications Manager will report to the Head of School, and work closely with the Divisional Principals, faculty, staff, and delegate tasks to other members of the school’s communication team as necessary for completion in a timely and efficient manner.

The position will require establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with parents and community members, including students, faculty, and staff, as well as related external organizations.
