Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities & Context:
• Security Management: Ensure the security of all goods and services in the factory and monitor the guard and intelligence on every floor.
• Record Keeping: Ensure in/out goods are properly recorded and gate passes are stored properly. Supervise the loading of waste goods and ensure proper recording.
• Theft Prevention: Prevent theft/robbery and pilferage inside and around the factory, and provide necessary escort while goods are being shipped.
• Personnel Management: Monitor and manage the movement of employees and visitors during entry and exit periods.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, including security guards and surveillance staff.
• Emergency Response: Communicate with police or other departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
