Job Description / Responsibility

As a Head of Security for our garments factory, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the factory You will oversee all security operations, implement effective safety measures, and lead a team of security personnel to maintain a secure working environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security protocols and manage crisis situations efficiently.

Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security aspects of the Factory.
• Ensuring discipline, safety and Security of the employees working in the factory.
• To give innovative ideas to improve security system to maintain a safe work environment.
• Liaison with local law enforcing agencies.
• To give observation based on footage of CCTV (Surveillance System) in consideration of safety & security.
