Responsibilities
• Plan and schedule production by setting targets, creating daily schedules and overseeing material requisitions for packaging and semi-finished goods.
• Establish and monitor production standard operating procedures (SOP) and internal processes, conducting audits to ensure compliance.
• Lead the production team by managing staffing levels, addressing grievances, developing skill matrices and overseeing performance appraisals.
• 5S culture through regular inspections, rankings and awards to promote a clean and organized work environment.
