The position will be based in G4S Denmark and will be a member of the G4S Global IT Team.

The Application Support Engineer will primarily focus on ensuring the stable operation of business applications and the built-in processes which support the company’s needs. The Application Support Engineer must work in collaboration with respective departments, ensuring that the operation and incoming support tasks are carried out working with the rest of the department(s) and within the framework agreed with the Global IT leadership.

As Application Support Engineer you will be responsible for
• Handling and processing incoming support cases via the Helpdesk system.
• Operational maintenance, development and support on business applications
• Key contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in Project Work, as well as obtaining estimates in connection with Change Requests
