In-depth knowledge of the Road Accident Fund Act and related legislation. Proficiency in legal research and case management software.

Responsibilities : Conduct thorough case investigations, gathering evidence and medical records. Analyze the merits of each claim to determine eligibility and potential compensation under the RAF Act.

Prepare and draft all necessary legal documents, including pleadings, summons, and settlement agreements. Advise and represent clients throughout the claims process, including negotiations with the RAF and legal representation in court or mediation.
