People and Organization Development Manager manages overall works of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Development, and Organizational Culture & Change for organization efficiently. Key roles & responsibilities are as follows:
• Talent Acquisition (TA)
• Develop and manage the talent acquisition process, including employer branding, searching, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding etc
• Ensure all relevant reports/records/documents (e.g. job descriptions, hiring tracking and analysis, employment contract) are up to date, effective, and compliant with laws, regulations including relevant standards (e.g. FFL)
• Talent Management (TM)
• Design/Develop and manage talent management system for the organization to ensure talent attraction, development, and retention efficiently
• People Development (PD)
• Design/Develop and implement/manage learning & development framework and roadmap efficiently
