Since March 2022, All Hands and Hearts (AHAH) has been dedicated to meeting the distinct needs of families and individuals affected by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. With 6.3 million refugees and 3.7 million Internally Displaced Persons (IDP), we remain steadfast in our commitment to aiding communities.

The program is situated in Uzhhorod, located in Zakarpatska Oblast, which is facing considerable strain due to the influx of IDPs seeking refuge. With over 113,000 registered IDPs in the region and more expected to arrive from conflict areas, Uzhhorod urgently requires assistance in offering secure housing to displaced families and individuals.

To address this need, we will collaborate with Uzhhorod University, which aids in accommodating IDPs. Our team has identified two buildings for renovation, with plans to create ten living spaces for families and a designated area for psychosocial support, benefiting over 250 individuals.
