Job Description We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent HR Generalist/Manager (Projects) to join our manufacturing client in Stittsville, Ontario. This opportunity is a great fit for a highly motivated HR Professional who holds Change Management experience in leading HR Projects through to completion (non-technical). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of policies and procedures internally, as well as managing change and project initiatives within the Human Resources department.

This role requires strong project management, change management, and communication skills, along with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
