About the Position: Incumbent supports the Division's subordinate branches or sections in all routine matters and coordinates the schedules on matters pertaining to the management activities, organizational and functional structures. Serves as backup support to administrative staff to other organizations within the Division.

• Process time and attendance for various Division offices.
• Support travel order, travel arrangement and travel voucher for Division Chief(s).
• Responds to routine and non-routine technical requests for information such as status of official and nonofficial reports, suspense dates for matters requiring compliance and similar information readily available from files and priorities.
• Assembles background material for meetings, various reports, briefings, conferences and events as well as arranges required audio/visual technical support for conference rooms supporting meetings.
